• Compazine/ Prochlorperzine 10 mg IV or IM
• Toradol 15 to 30 IV or IM
• Decadron 10
• Fioricet
• Benadryl 25 iv or IM

Neuro may use this later –

• Solumedrol 40 q6. 3 doses. 
• Valproate 500 Depacon

In NaCl 0.9 100 mL  – Admin over 60 min. Q6h. 3 doses.
